The Charity is governed by a Board of Trustees as follows:
Steven Woods(Founder and chairman)
Steve founded R2G through his unquenchable thirst to help. A familiar face throughout his own community, Steve's love for american motorcycles and supporting those in need led him to building a charity with both of those things at its heart.
He understood that by not only supporting the vulnerable, but by capitalising on his experience within the motorcycle world, he could bring just that little bit more joy to the people that need it most. A truly selfless biker at the heart of all things R2G.

Stephen William Martin(Trustee)
Steve commenced his career in telecommunication engineering, Steve moved into the service management discipline within the corporate sector of the industry. During his time in the role, he was accountable for contracted service levels being delivered, ensuring continued custom advocacy, and was accountable for margin targets being met.
After 29 years in the telecoms sector, Steve moved into IT management, and took on various roles including responsibility for 24/7 enterprise management, business process re-engineering and delivery of process automation projects. Steve currently specialises in the hospitality sector, assisting businesses review and embed new processes, providing business analytics and cost management services in order to aid quality decision-making and maximise profits.
Steve also has a passion for motorcycling, and was approached by the cofounders of Ride2Give, Steve Wood and Jason tutor to join the Board as a Trustee at its inception in 2020.
Paul Da Costa ( Trustee )
Fuelled by a Harley tour around Arizona and Nevada back in 2006 Paul is bike mad! He has owned various bikes, from a ’56 Panhead to a custom bobber made by Benny @ Boneshaker Choppers, but to be honest he says most of those were better to look at than to ride!
He comes from a strategic marketing and design agency background and has experience across the Finance, Automotive, Music Industry and most relevantly Charity sector, with previous clients ncluding The Children’s Society and Royal British Legion.
After a successful career in the design sector running his own Company Paul now works on selective consultancy projects and as the old cliche goes feels it is ‘time to give back’.
He joins R2G to help behind the scenes, develop the brand and use his business background and client contacts to help support the charity wherever and whenever he possibly can.
Corrina Gee( Trustee )
Motorbike rider supreme!
A key member of the team, ensuring that the amazing work done by R2G is shared with the world, Rina is the Social Media brains behind the scenes. Where she goes, smiles follow. A love for big bikes and her big heart made for a perfect fit with the R2G team.
Corrina has worked within the Milton Keynes charitable sector since 2009 and brings that valuable experience with her to R2G.

You’ll likely hear him before you see him, whether it's the distinctive rumble of his expertly customised Harley or his infectious laughter, Ash's presence is unmistakable.
